This patient is a 25 year old mother of 3 who had significant breast asymmetry. In order to correct the asymmetry, she had a 3 phase reconstruction. In the first phase, a breast tissue expander was placed in her left breast. The second phase involved a breast augmentation with a customized saline implant on the left side. Finally, she had the right breast reduced. She is seen in this photo 3 months after her breast reduction. |
